The REST interface for generating STILL images could be expanded with the following features:
- qualifier for generating still image after x seconds.
- qualifier for number of still to be generated and generation frequency.
- qualifier for automatic still generation when changing video scenes
More related still issues:
- Possibility to save more than one still per asset
- Storing timecode information of the moment the still is created
- Watermarking of stills
- Never black stills
- ....
