MediaMosa and your frontend video application (WLE, MediaMosa Construction Kit) communicate through REST calls.
A typical REST call is: /asset?limit=10
This example REST call gets 10 assets (video containers) from the MediaMosa.
You can see the complete REST call reference on MediaMosa.org/API website, or in your MediaMosa 2.x installation (admin/mediamosa/browse/restcall).
